Riser Exchange Program

If you have a RANS 3.75” to 7” welded riser it can be exchanged for the new forged riser at only the expense of mailing your old riser to us. We will return to you a new forged 3.75” to 7” riser at no charge for standard shipping*. This exchange program covers any or all that meet these conditions:

Original or second and beyond owners of a RANS recumbent bike ( Crankforwards are not affected)
Risers used on any brand of bike, recumbent or otherwise that apply more than 7” of leverage over the riser

*Your new forged riser will typically ship the same day we receive your old part. If you must have next day we will credit standard shipping charges towards the next day charges.
